Registration Fees
Conference Registration fees include:
• All session materials
• Opening reception
• Continental breakfast
• Refreshment breaks
• Posters reception
• Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Admission to the Exhibit Hall
Registration fees are for the opening reception on May 14th and all sessions on May 15 & 16th. Pre-conference workshops will take place on May 14th and may be an additional fee. (Pre-conference workshops will be announced in early March)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and must be sent to chnc@absolutevents.com or CHNC c/o Absolute Conferences & Events Inc 144 Front Street West, Suite 640, Toronto, ON M5J 2L7. A $50 CDN cancellation fee will apply if postmarked by May 1st, 2012. Refunds will be issued after the conference. No request for refunds will be accepted after May 1st , 2012.
